One forest, two Polish tragedies, 70 years apart

Summary

President of Poland and 95 people killed Saturday in a plane crash in western Russia.

On Saturday April, 10 Polish President Lech Kaczynski, his wife Maria, and some of the country highest military and civil leaders died in a plane crash in western Russia. They were going to Smolensk to mark the 70th anniversary of the massacre in Katyn forest were thousands of Polish officers were killed by Soviet police.

Reaction

It is a great shock to Polish people because so many decent people were killed. However, very symbolic that they were flying to pay homage to so many murdered Poles. The most important answer for me is know why that tragedy happen. I hope that dead of those people help to solve problems between Poland and Russia.

Priest accused of molesting deaf boys...

In 1980's a group of deaf boys were molested by priest Rew. Lawrence Murphy.

Rew. Lawrence Murphy was accused of molesting boys. One of his victim Arthur Budzinski, now 61 says that the priest assaulted him several times. Vatican office led by Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, now the pop was notify about the incident. Documents shows that Cardinal hold the church trial after intervention of two bishop in the middle 1990's.

Reaction

The problem of molesting deaf boys raises a great deal of controversy. However, it is becomes even more complicated in case of those who cannot express their bad experience. Some people claim that it is inherently wrong and I'm one of them. In my opinion priests are also a regular humans. If they acting wrong, they should be punish adequate to what they did.
